STUDIO C - FEATURES: Studio C is a highly versatile, multi-set studio designed for photography, videography, and content production, totaling approximately 1,000 square feet (18' wide × 56' deep) with an 11' pipe grid ceiling.

A standout feature of Studio C is its fully built-out fitness / gym set, complete with dumbbells, bench, heavy bag, and weights—ideal for fitness shoots, training content, and athletic productions. Beyond the gym setup, the studio offers a wide range of built-in looks, making it easy to capture multiple scenes within a single booking.

The studio also includes a small cyclorama / infinity wall (15' × 15') featuring ceiling-mounted, color-changing RGB tube lights, allowing for dynamic, customizable lighting effects on the white stage. In addition, the space includes (24) seamless paper backdrops in a variety of colors and a dedicated multi-set room with a pink concrete wall, blue concrete wall, flower wall, vintage living room set, and brick wall—providing diverse aesthetics for different styles of shoots.

Additional amenities include a hair and makeup lounge, a private bathroom, and a deep industrial sink for production use. Studio C also offers private parking, a 10' × 10' ground-level roll-up gate for easy load-in, full blackout capability (no windows), air conditioning, and high-speed internet (200 Mbps). STUDIO C - PLANNING TO RECORD AUDIO? Please note that this Studio C is not a "sound stage". If you plan to record live audio in the Studio, it is possible that outside noise may be heard.

 

STUDIO C - CYC WALL MARKINGS: Studio C cyclorama / infinity wall floor comes swept but not freshly painted. Please note that the white floor may have markings and discoloration from normal wear and tear. These markings and discoloration on the white floor are easy to edit out in post production. However, if you require a freshly painted floor please note that there is a fee for this and we will need advanced notice of at least two weeks.

STUDIO C - RENTAL AGREEMENT: When you book Studio C, you agree to the following terms and conditions in connection to your studio rental and use of the gear and premises: (1) Cancellation Policy. If you have not already rescheduled, (a) 7 Days or more before the event start time you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund, (b) Between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time you may cancel your booking and receive a 50% refund, or (c) Less than 24 hours before the event start time will not receive any refund if you cancel your booking. (2) Rescheduling Policy. You may reschedule your booking one time for a booking of the same value if you notify us at least 24 hours before your event start time. If you reschedule your booking, you will not be able to then cancel your booking for a refund. (3) Damage Policy. You shall be liable for damage to the studio or provided gear, that is beyond normal wear and tear, that is caused by you or your invitees while in or around the studio premises. (4) Restrictions of Use. While in the studio you and your invitees may not use weapons, fire, glitter, paint, body paint, confetti, smoke machines, hard marking shoes, fake blood, or smoke anything or consume alcohol. You shall incur cleaning fees if your use of any of these materials requires us to clean extra. (5) Overtime Policy. Your booking is restricted to the specific time that you reserve. If you enter the studio early or leave the studio after your scheduled end time, you agree to pay overtime for any extra time that you or your invitees are in the studio.
