Studio A Floor Plan

STUDIO A - FEATURES:  Studio A is an extra-large blackbox studio designed for photography, videography, conferences, meetings, and private (non-ticketed) events, totaling 6,800 square feet (68' wide × 100' deep) with 15' grid ceilings throughout.

At the core of the space is a massive, fully blackout-capable main blackbox stage (approximately 100' deep × 55' wide), equipped with a 5' × 5' pipe grid ceiling for flexible rigging and lighting setups. Complementing the stage is a standout full home-style kitchen, ideal for cooking productions, catering, or crafty, also outfitted with a 5' × 5' pipe grid—making it equally functional for on-camera use and behind-the-scenes support.

Beyond these primary features, Studio A includes a versatile multi-use bar area designed for beverage service, crafty, or filming bar scenes, as well as a spacious hair and makeup / VIP room with its own private bathroom. An upstairs production HQ / sound studio provides a dedicated workspace for teams, editing, or audio use. The studio also includes two restrooms, including one ADA-accessible, along with a filtered water fountain and industrial sink for added convenience, plus private parking for up to 8 vehicles.

For seamless production logistics, Studio A features a 14' × 14' ground-level garage door for easy load-in, with vehicle access into the studio available for an additional $500 fee. The space is fully climate-controlled, offers high-speed internet (200 Mbps), and provides a complete blackout environment with no windows. A wide selection of included gear and lighting is available (see full list below).

NEED MORE SPACE? Studio A connects internally to Studio B, allowing both studios to be rented together for expanded productions or events.

STUDIO A - PLANNING TO RECORD AUDIO? Please note that this Studio A is not technically a "sound stage". While the outside sound is infrequent and typically not audible, it is still possible that outside noise may be heard. We have minimally sound treated the space, including the ceiling and garage doors, so the general audio quality is good.

STUDIO A - RENTAL AGREEMENT: When you book Studio A, you agree to the following terms and conditions in connection to your studio rental and use of the gear and premises: (1) Cancellation Policy. If you have not already rescheduled, (a) 7 Days or more before the event start time you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund, (b) Between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time you may cancel your booking and receive a 50% refund, or (c) Less than 24 hours before the event start time will not receive any refund if you cancel your booking. (2) Rescheduling Policy. You may reschedule your booking one time for a booking of the same value if you notify us at least 24 hours before your event start time. If you reschedule your booking, you will not be able to then cancel your booking for a refund. (3) Damage Policy. You shall be liable for damage to the studio or provided gear, that is beyond normal wear and tear, that is caused by you or your invitees while in or around the studio premises. (4) Restrictions of Use. While in the studio you and your invitees may not use weapons, fire, glitter, paint, body paint, confetti, smoke machines, hard marking shoes, fake blood, or smoke anything or consume alcohol. You shall incur cleaning fees if your use of any of these materials requires us to clean extra. (5) Overtime Policy. Your booking is restricted to the specific time that you reserve. If you enter the studio early or leave the studio after your scheduled end time, you agree to pay overtime for any extra time that you or your invitees are in the studio.
