STUDIO B - FEATURES: Studio B is an extra large professional studio setup for photography, videography, conferences, meetings, and private (non-ticketed) events. The studio is 4,550 square feet in total (68 feet wide by 67 feet deep with 15 feet to grid racked ceiling above the cyclorama walls). The studio features: (1) an XL white cyclorama / infinity wall (51 ft by 33 ft) set up with 16 remote-controlled ceiling-mounted color-changing RGB tube lights; (2) an XL green screen cyclorama / infinity wall (33 ft by 26 ft); (3) a "blackout" area (16 ft by 33 ft); (4) a private production HQ / VIP room (with it's own bathroom); (5) a 12 foot wide / 3-mirror hair and makeup station, a large standing mirror, and a rolling clothing rack; and (6) various set-walls with wallpaper. Studio B has two bathrooms, a filtered water fountain, and an industrial sink. Studio B has one large garage doors (12 feet by 12 feet). You can access the garage doors for an extra fee ($500).  Studio B features air conditioning, high speed internet (200mbps), completely blacked out shooting space with no windows.

STUDIO B - THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Studio B is located in the heart of Miami, minutes away from the Design District, Midtown, and Wynwood. 

 

STUDIO B - PLANNING TO RECORD AUDIO? Please note that this Studio B is not technically a "sound stage". While the outside sound is infrequent and typically not audible, it is still possible that outside noise may be heard. We have minimally sound treated the space, including the ceiling and garage doors, so the general audio quality is good.

 

STUDIO B - CYC WALL MARKINGS: Studio B cyclorama / infinity wall floor comes swept but not freshly painted. Please note that the white floor may have markings and discoloration from normal wear and tear. These markings and discoloration on the white floor are easy to edit out in post production. However, if you require a freshly painted floor please note that there is a fee for this and we will need advanced notice of at least two weeks.

STUDIO B - RENTAL AGREEMENT: When you book Studio B, you agree to the following terms and conditions in connection to your studio rental and use of the gear and premises: (1) Cancellation Policy. If you have not already rescheduled, (a) 7 Days or more before the event start time you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund, (b) Between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time you may cancel your booking and receive a 50% refund, or (c) Less than 24 hours before the event start time will not receive any refund if you cancel your booking. (2) Rescheduling Policy. You may reschedule your booking one time for a booking of the same value if you notify us at least 24 hours before your event start time. If you reschedule your booking, you will not be able to then cancel your booking for a refund. (3) Damage Policy. You shall be liable for damage to the studio or provided gear, that is beyond normal wear and tear, that is caused by you or your invitees while in or around the studio premises. (4) Restrictions of Use. While in the studio you and your invitees may not use weapons, fire, glitter, paint, body paint, confetti, smoke machines, hard marking shoes, fake blood, or smoke anything or consume alcohol. You shall incur cleaning fees if your use of any of these materials requires us to clean extra. (5) Overtime Policy. Your booking is restricted to the specific time that you reserve. If you enter the studio early or leave the studio after your scheduled end time, you agree to pay overtime for any extra time that you or your invitees are in the studio.
