STUDIO C - THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Studio C is located in the heart of Miami, minutes away from the Design District, Midtown, and Wynwood. The neighborhood around the Studio is also great for outdoor shooting, with lots of cool murals and street art and industrial shooting opportunities close to train tracks. 

STUDIO C - FEATURES: Studio C is about 1200 square feet in total (18' wide by 66' deep with 12' ceilings) featuring a medium sized cyclorama / infinity wall (15' x 15' x 12') with a racked ceiling (about 4' x 4' spacing with 1 1/2" pipes), a gym set (with heavy bag, bench, and weights), 107" wide paper backdrops (green screen + black + "bone"), a "selfie room" that features multiple sets (including pink wall, blue concrete wall, flower wall, vintage living room set, and a brick wall), a hair and makeup lounge, and a private bathroom. Studio C features a private parking lot for load in and safety, air conditioning, high speed internet (200mbps), completely blacked out shooting space with no windows, a roll up gate that allows natural light to come into the studio, a deep industrial sink, and a bunch of included gear (listed above).

STUDIO C - PLANNING TO RECORD AUDIO? Please note that this Studio C is not a "sound stage". If you plan to record live audio in the Studio, it is possible that outside noise may be heard.

STUDIO C - CYC WALL MARKINGS: Studio C cyclorama / infinity wall floor comes swept but not freshly painted. Please note that the white floor may have markings and discoloration from normal wear and tear. These markings and discoloration on the white floor are easy to edit out in post production. However, if you require a freshly painted floor please note that there is a fee for this and we will need advanced notice of at least two weeks.

STUDIO C - RENTAL AGREEMENT: When you book Studio C, you agree to the following terms and conditions in connection to your studio rental and use of the gear and premises: (1) Cancellation Policy. (a) 7 Days or more before the event start time you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund; (b) Between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time you may cancel your booking and receive a 50% refund; (c) Less than 24 hours before the event start time will not receive any refund if you cancel your booking. (2) Rescheduling Policy. You may reschedule your booking one time for a booking of the same value if you notify us at least 24 hours before your event start time. (3) Damage Policy. You shall be liable for damage to the studio or provided gear, that is beyond normal wear and tear, that is caused by you or your invitees while in or around the studio premises. (4) Restrictions of Use. While in the studio you and your invitees may not use weapons, fire, glitter, paint, body paint, confetti, smoke machines, hard marking shoes, fake blood, or smoke anything or consume alcohol. You shall incur cleaning fees if your use of any of these materials requires us to clean extra. (5) Overtime Policy. Your booking is restricted to the specific time that you reserve. If you enter the studio early or leave the studio after your scheduled end time, you agree to pay overtime for any extra time that you or your invitees are in the studio.
